You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Use the Service only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, bypass security measures, or violate another person’s rights. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any image, text, or other material you submit. Obtain appropriate consent when an input includes another person’s likeness, voice, or personal information. Do not generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, harassing, privacy-invasive, or otherwise prohibited content.
The Service sends the prompts, images, and task information needed for generation to Kie.ai and relevant AI service providers. Automated models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or similar-looking results. We do not guarantee a particular result, likeness, or verbatim match to a prompt. Review results and confirm you have the necessary rights before using or publishing them.
You retain rights to your inputs. Your use of generated results remains subject to applicable law, model-provider terms, and third-party rights. These Terms do not grant rights to third-party materials or models.
Plans, prices, billing intervals, and included credits are shown at checkout. Displayed prices exclude taxes; applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected interval until canceled. You can request cancellation in account billing settings. After cancellation, the subscription will not renew, and paid access normally continues through the end of the current paid period.
Credits are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred or resold. Unused credits may expire or be revoked when a plan or account ends, subject to the refund terms below.
To request a refund, email support@aiugc.run from the email address associated with the purchase. Include your order number, purchase email, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 3 calendar days after receiving a complete request.
An eligible full refund will revoke unused credits granted by that order and cancel future subscription renewals. Partial refunds, or requests where some or all credits have already been used, require manual review. The outcome and amount, if any, will depend on the order, credit-use records, and applicable law. We will not recover spent credits by creating a negative credit balance. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and card issuer.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate an account or feature if you violate these Terms, threaten the safety of others or the Service, or if law requires us to act. Where required by law, we will provide notice. Closing an account does not remove payment, refund, or other legal obligations that arose before closure.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or accurate AI output. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as available. These Terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
