We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information with your consent, to comply with law, resolve disputes, or protect users and the Service.
Only upload images you are authorized to use. If an image includes another person, obtain any required permission. Uploaded images are sent to Kie.ai and relevant model providers for processing. Do not upload identity documents, payment-card details, or other sensitive information unrelated to generation. You may request deletion of your account or related data by emailing us. Records we must retain for legal, financial, or dispute-resolution purposes, and data retained by third-party providers under their policies, may not be deleted immediately.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights to your inputs and for reviewing generated content before using or sharing it. Do not use the Service to violate another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Generated videos and their task records are normally deleted by a scheduled cleanup job after about 7 days. Order, subscription, and credit records may be retained longer for financial reconciliation and dispute handling. We use reasonable access controls and security measures, but no internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You can manage your account or cancel a subscription in account settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email support@aiugc.run. We may verify your identity to protect your account. Deletion requests do not affect information we are legally required to retain and may not remove information already retained by third-party providers under their policies.
The Service is intended for people who can legally enter into a service agreement. If you believe a minor provided personal information without required guardian consent, contact us at the email above.
We may update this policy as the Service or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated version and effective date on this page and provide notice of material changes where appropriate.
